| Thanks for telling which? The current poll count, or the magic of green icons? If it's the former, I've considered the poll stagnant for a while. The latter .. yeah, it's small and subtle, but so helpful. I no longer have to post after every new post I find in order to keep track of what I've already read | |

| Glad I could share my "enlightenment" with others =)
200th post. I need to occupy myself with something else more often, and less prowling the forums ;)

| Yeah, Discogs was my distraction, but even there I could limit myself to x reviews per "break" I took. Now I can just pop over and add a comment or two, or jot down a crazy idea I have for our new Utopian society =) | |

| Should we also discuss the possability of using avatars for our new site? I for one would support it. | |

| That can be discussed. Imo we shouldn't use them. Especially when people start to change them every week it is no point of recognition. | |

| Am I that disruptive with my instability? If so, I'll stop - I'm just never totally pleased with graphics, and will constantly tweak them about.
As for new site forums - I rather like the stark simplicity of Old Discogs. There is a lot of superfluous info that doesn't really matter much, and can be seen easily enough on personal profiles.

| ^sorry feejsasqui, I should have add a ;-) in my post above. I'd rather see the persons name and rank and fuction (mod/ed/Sc member etc) than an avatar. | |

To be honest, and I have joked or teased you a little on the subject, it doesn't bother me. I don't change my own because I do want it to be a point of reference. However in your case, and probably because you do change yours farely frequently, I think it's kind of fun.I just hope we don't have a whole run of deejsasqui copyists all changing thier avatars every second week, that would become confusing. Infact I beleive you, and you alone, should be made to change your avatar every ten days otherwise suffer the punishment of an avatarless existence. Ohh....I'm so mean.

I'd rather not have that, to keep everything minimal.

I'll work on that =) - corne_mo wrote:

Like you, I think it would be nice to have some basic information, including languages spoken well and with average skill.
